ROY PEACH

Roy Peach is a theatre director and writer based in Oxford, creating intimate, character-led work that explores contemporary life through humour and human behaviour, often shaped by intergenerational relationships.

His work centres on human connection, blending warmth and emotional honesty with a sharp eye for the small moments that shape how we relate to one another.

Alongside his directing, Roy writes for stage and page, developing original plays and short-form work often rooted in real human experiences and behaviours. He also works as a performer, bringing a strong understanding of the actor’s process into the rehearsal room.

His recent directing work includes self-produced productions in small theatre and in-the-round settings, with a focus on contemporary new writing. He is currently seeking Assistant Director opportunities on small to mid-scale theatre projects.
